Achoo! Monogramming is a full-service embroidery business that offers professionally embroidered apparel and promotional items, as well as personalized gifts. The business, owned by Deb Ritchey, is located in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania.

Deb, a Mount Joy native, moved to Memphis, Tenn., after graduating from Penn State University. She spent six years in Memphis working in International Paper Company's corporate information technology division doing business process redesign and project management. After moving back to Pennsylvania, Ritchey realized that there was a small amount of personalized gifts available locally and purchased a home use machine. Ritchey's interest evolved into a full-service embroidery business using an industrial Barudan embroidery machine. She also uses a professional digitizer that has been in the industry for more than 18 years.

Deb has taken various professional training courses through Barudan America, one of the embroidery industry leaders, and attends the New York International Gift Fair semiannually to get gift ideas. She also frequents industry events for new business apparel and products suppliers.

Achoo Monogramming offers free estimates, quantity discounts, cost-only digitizing rates, and no setup fees, all of which create a competitive pricing structure. The business also offers Web site merchandise management services and team and organization fund-raising programs.
